Answering inbound calls from both private ClubLink Members and public daily fee golfers who are requesting tee times
at approximately 35 courses and providing general information to callers about the courses.
Pay Per hour Being Offered: $16-18.
Special Incentives:
Agents are paid a premium rate of $18.00 CDN per hour for weekend opening shifts and a flat rate of $16.00 CDN per hours for all other hours.
Special Skills Qualifications:
Must be fluent in French and English. Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Empathetic and courteous.
Punctuality and dependability required.
Training:
Tuesday May 31 & Wednesday June 1st.
16 Hours Total 9AM to 5PM EST.
Time will be allowed for breaks and lunch.
There is a job posting, but no classes announced at this time.
This course will provide you with all the tools necessary to handle inbound calls for ClubLink.
You will be required to complete a mandatory self pace course and a tech setup appointment prior to the client trainer led portion of your training.
New applicants to the network will also be required to attend a mandatory 1 day My Business access class (Agent Access) and complete a mandatory self pace course prior to attending the 1 day MBA class.

Home Services, Inbound Sales Team.
Target Earnings: $15-$18 per hour.
Home Service Agents will handle inbound customer service calls for Furnace, Water Heater & Air Conditioning.
Agents will be required to manage account inquires, and you will be required to sell products and services averaging 10% conversion; while providing outstanding customer service.
Direct Energy has 3 training classes open for registration at this time.
Class 1.

The “My Business Access” course is on Saturday May 14th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
Cost $75.00 plus tax.
The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est.
Monday May 30th to Friday June 3rdth.

Monday June 13th to Friday June 17th.
Monday June 20th to Friday June 24th.
Cost $300.00 plus tax.

Cost $75.00 plus tax.

Bilingual Order Entry Agent *Target Earnings $10-$15/hr
Answering inbound food order calls for Pizza Pizza.

This course will provide you with all the tools necessary to work as an Order Entry Agent for Pizza Pizza.
Please note there is no trainer led class time, this course is entirely self-driven and will take approximately 24hrs to complete.
To graduate and be successfully contracted you MUST complete and pass the self-paced course and a tech setup appointment.
Note: Notification enrolment for Pizza Pizza Self-driven course will be emailed by end of day on the course date.
