Standby Hydro Outage Response Customer Service Agent.
Only Open to Ontario Residents.
As part of our Outage Response Team, you will be on standby and called to work, taking inbound calls, during hydro outages within Ontario.
You will provide customer service to customers reporting outages.

Home Services, Inbound Sales Team. Target Earnings: $15-$18 per hour.
Home Service Agents will handle inbound customer service calls for Furnace, Water Heater & Air Conditioning.
Agents will be required to manage account inquires, and you will be required to sell products and services averaging 10% conversion; while providing outstanding customer service.
There are 5 seats/contracts available at this time.
The “My Business Access” course is on Saturday January 8th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Monday January 24th to Friday January 28th, and Monday January 31st to Wednesday February the 2nd.
Reliance Home Comfort
Inbound Home Comfort Services Sales Agent. Target Earnings Range: $13-$15/hr.
Inbound calls from RHC customers concerning service/equipment issues requiring resolution.
Through relationship management and rapport building, CSRs will be providing solutions via diagnostics, case update, or general information, or the booking of service appointments for the purpose of dispatching repair/install technicians/contractors. Ability to Up Sell is required for this contract.
There are 11 seats/contracts available at this time.
The “My Business Access” course is on Sunday January 9th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Monday January 24th to Friday January 28th, and Monday January 31st to Friday February the 4th.

Answering inbound food order calls for Pizza Pizza.
Agent Access Class Sunday Dec 19th. 9AM – 5PM EST. $75.00 plus taxes.
Training Dec 20th Client Training $225.00 Plus Taxes
This course will provide you with all the tools necessary to work as an Order Entry Agent for Pizza Pizza.
Please note there is no trainer led class time, this course is entirely self-driven and will take approximately 24hrs to complete.
To graduate and be successfully contracted you MUST complete and pass the self-paced course and a tech setup appointment.
Note: Notification enrolment for Pizza Pizza Self-driven course will be emailed by end of day on the course date.
The deadline for course completion will be sent with course materials.
