Answering bilingual inbound calls from salons who would like to get confirmation of the status or their order. Follow-up with transport companies by email. Outbound Calls to provide clients with ETA.

Bilingual French/English Community Sponsor. *Open to active Network Certified Home Agents with at least one Client Contract.
Community Sponsors work within their local community, schools, networking, and employment services, etc. to promote the work-from-home job opportunities on the LiveXchange Network. Successful candidates will be highly self-motivated, and host a variety of on-line meetings, presentations and job fairs. You will assist referrals with applications and becoming Remote Certified.

Network Operations Centre Specialist – This position is open only to existing Contract Agents in the LiveXchange Network for a minimum of 3 months, with at least one network client.
Answer inbound calls to the Network Help Desk to assist contract agents through their challenges. Most calls are technical in nature and will require strong technical support and troubleshooting skills. NOC is responsible for managing the technical integrity of the LiveXchange Network.

The Calls: NEW Handle inbound warranty calls for Assurant’s major Canadian Retail Clients: Best Buy, Future Shop, Walmart, HBC, CIBC, National Bank, and Cantrex.
The Hours: NEW Now offering evenings and weekend hours. Choose a minimum of 10 hours per week, with 6 hours on the weekends – open 20 hrs/day Saturdays & Sundays.
Work Periods Available: Monday-Friday evenings 4pm-2am/ET, and Saturday – Sunday weekends 6am-2am/ET.
Peak Work Periods: Weekends – Saturday and Sunday 6am-2am/ET (*Open 20 hours per day).
