Hello Rose,

Thank you for your interest!

To get started please follow the instructions on this page to get your free membership and get access to the site and be able to see the contracts and be able setup your resume and start applying for the contracts offered by the clients.

So far as the when you would be able to start working question that depends on you and the client.

If you don’t do the work required to apply for any contracts you will never get a contract.  Lots of people get memberships and do nothing!

Make sure you apply for all the positions on the waiting list!  Most people don’t do this and they will probably not get a contract.

When you apply for a contract on the waiting list the client will see your resume and your photo (if you post one) and your voice audition.

This step gives you a big advantage over the people who do not do the work to apply before a job posting is placed on the site.

This is where I get all my contracts.

The Client’s Role

There is no guarantee of when you will get started.   This is just like going to the front desk of any corporation or work place and putting your resume on file with them.

Client will only do a job posting when they need people.  They don’t do job postings to be nice.

So if you only apply for one client and that client does not need any call agents for six months you will have to wait.

That’s why I advise people to go into the waiting list and apply to all the contracts that you are interested in.

Don’t put all your eggs in one basket counting on one client to be the only one you willing to work for.

The smart thing to do is apply and wait for an opportunity to arise.

The opportunity that may occur may not be the one you really want, but at least you will be able to get active on the network, earn money, and your credibility when other client look at your resume will increase and your chances to getting additional contracts increases big time.

Once I got my first contract and was working on the network, I nearly got invited to train for every contract that I applied to.

And if you want to work full time on this network you really do need more that one client.    Some clients have seasonal call patterns and call volumes go down.

You have the ability to adjust your schedule to move hours over to a busier client to maximize you income.

This is what I say to people all the time:  Don’t spend any money getting ready to work on this network until you get your first Invitation to Train that you accept and want to work for.   It makes no sense to buy anything until that happens.

The only exception to that suggestion is if you may need additional memory to conform to the network’s memory (not hard drive size) requirement.

This is a win -win decision because that type of upgrade will make your computer run much faster and you programs will perform better.  You will be happy with the upgrade.

I feel that the network’s requirements for computer memory are too low.

If you have a Window XP system, I recommend at least 3GB of memory and recommend that you get 4GB.

Just know what you need, where to get it, how much it will cost so you can set aside money to be ready and how fast the supplier can deliver the goods.

There is time to get what you need between when you register for training, and when you will need the equipment for the training.

I hope this is helpful!
