The Contract:Reliance Home Comfort, Inbound Service & Sales Team
The Job:Answer inbound calls from RHC customers concerning service/equipment issues requiring resolution. CSRs will be providing solutions via diagnostics, case update, or booking of service appointments for repair/install technicians.
The Pay: $13 – $15+ per hour.
Target Earnings Range:
$13.00 per hour, plus sales commission bonus of $5.00 per sale obtained.
Exciting sales incentives and other team friendly contests run throughout the year.
The Hours:Open 8am-11pm with core hours of 8am-12pm & 7pm-11pm, 7 days per week.
Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
