As a team Leader you will be responsible for driving a successful sales team lead through coaching sessions for Sales, Quality & Schedule Adherence.

The Hours. Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week between 7am – midnight/EST.

Hours may vary throughout the year based on business needs.

The Pay. $16.50 per hour.

Work Force Analyst

The Job.

This position is a driver of implementing schedule and service level adherence.

The ideal candidate requires strong analytic skills.

The key performance metrics are: Service Levels, Agent Adherence, Center Occupancy and Schedule Efficiency.

The Hours.

Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, between Monday – Friday 9am-5pm/EST

The Pay. $14 per hour.

Quality Analyst Team.

*Open to active Direct Energy Agents.

The Job.

As part of the Quality Team you will listen to call recordings and quality score them, ensuring excellence in quality of .

The Hours.

Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Anytime, flexible schedule.

The Pay. $14 per hour.
