A New Child Sponsorship Client is now hiring for
their Outbound Fundraising Team
The Job:
Fundraisers will contact current and past supporters to help renew and/or upgrade their current level of support.
The goal of each call is to (1) improve the relationship between our client and their donors, (2) educate donors, and (3) raise the most funds for our client by being enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaged.
The Pay:
$16/hr
$2/hr. An “inspired experience” bonus, to recognize outstanding achievement, is awarded to the top 50% of all Agents per pay period; ranked by performance.
The Hours:
Monday- Friday 4pm-9pm EST and Saturdays 10am-2pm EST
Peak work periods:
Monday-Friday 7-9pm and Saturdays 10am-12pm EST
Commitment:
Contractors must commit to working a minimum of 17 hours per week, with a minimum of 4 hrs on Friday and 4 hrs on Saturday in each 2 week period.
