Do You Really Want To Work At Home?

I am sure that lots of you have wished for the opportunity to do just that.

I have been working at home full time for close to 4 years.

Right now my main contract is with CAA.

I work for CAA taking roadside emergency assistance service calls.

I work at home and also have been trained at home for this position.

I work on a secure network which I access by booting my computer with a DVD provided by the network.

This DVD is password protected so only I can use it. By working this way this system also protects my computer. While I am working on the DVD my hard drive is not used at all.

This work is very satisfying and while I work, while I may work at home, I am not alone.
There is an online chat where if I have a question(s), or want to talk to another agent, or if I need to contact a supervisor, the chat is there to help me if I need it as well as help desk I can call directly if needed.

The agents on this network are friendly and are willing to help out a fellow contract agent. There is no pecking order, no office politics, everyone who is on the chat, except perhaps some of the supervisors, everyone is a contract agent. Many of the supervisors are contract agents as well.

I have two more contracts.

One is to host live online meetings for ContractXchange, the network that provides the technology, administration and support tools to help me work at home.

These meetings are held in an online meeting room very similar to a training room that you might attend if you are successful in applying, and getting an invitation to train from a client. I have also held this type of meeting for a U.K. client, but there is no need for them right now as they have enough agents for their business needs.

For now, I am hosting only one meeting a week 7-8PM EST Monday nights.

This is where you can drop in and receive a presentation about what ContractXchange is all about.

Or if you are already a member, we can have a Q&A session, if I am not doing a presentation for a new person.

The other contract I have is as a Community Sponsor.

What this position entails is to act as a sponsor for new people on the network who get a free membership at my Community Sponsor web site.

You will be able to access information and look at and apply for the various contract offers there.

There is also a waiting list for contracts, so if you are really interested you can apply for the contract and be considered for future contracts offered for the position.

This is a smart thing to do; it gives you a head start on the application process ahead of the people who wait until a client publishes a job posting to apply.

I really recommend that you do this!

Usually all of the contracts are gone before the people who wait for a job posting even apply.

The reason I am asking you to look first is that I want people to be action takers and only sign up to get a membership who actually are serious about wanting to work at home, and will take the steps to get it done.

From my experience lots of people talk and dream about working at home, but most will only sign up for the membership and then do nothing.

I guess because it costs nothing for the membership they do not value it, or perhaps they are only fooling themselves that they really want to work at home.

The process is not really all that hard and it just takes only a little time and dedication to get ready.

Right now new contracts are in short supply and I don’t have time to deal with tire-kickers.

I was too busy but I made some really good money.
