– Home Services Inbound Sales

The Job.

Handle inbound sales and customer service calls for Furnace, Water Heater & Air Conditioning.

Sales Agents will be required to manage account inquiries, and developing sales opportunities for these products; while providing outstanding customer service.

No outbound telemarketing involved.

The Hours.

Monday – Sunday: 6am – 12am EST.

You must choose:

* 4 hours per week during Weekends, between 11am – 3pm.
* 7 hours per week Weekdays between 9am-11:30am and/or 3pm-5pm.

The Pay:

Target earnings-$15-$18/hour

Flat rate of $11.00/hr with bonus for Sales
(average 1 sale/hour @ $5 average)

Minimum 10% of calls to be converted to a sale to maintain contract.

The Classes.

New Agents (do not currently work for Level 1 or Light up)

• January 11th-15th and 18th-20th

• Course Registration closes December 23rd

Light Up Agents (Currently work as a DE Light Up agent)

• December 21st-23rd

• Course Registration closes December 18th

Level 1 Agents (Currently work as a DE Level 1 agent)

• December 22nd

• Course Registration Closes December 18th
