Transaction Description
Agents will be handling inbound Extended Warranty Customer Service calls. Assurant underwrites and administers the extended warranties on electronics and appliances for some of the major retailers throughout Canada. Agents will assist customers determine if their unit is covered by the extended warranty and arrange for diagnosis and service in accordance with their service contract.

Transaction Description
Conduct live agent call monitoring (or recorded call where necessary), agent whisper coaching.
Scheduled and lead coaching sessions for Sales, Quality & Schedule Adhearance (live on webcam).
Coordinate with training and quality assurance to identify systemic quality improvement opportunities.
Perform the work of agents during peak periods if necessary to manage customer needs/call volumes.
Adjust live queue schedules where necessary to meet service levels. Perform other duties as assigned.
Assist in resolving escalated agent and customer issues.

Provide support to the DE Operations team through real-time monitoring of the IVR call allocations to ensure that we maintain our service levels and all service metrics (ASA, Abandon rates etc).
Monthly call forecasting (using IEX / Total View application) for 3 call centre service providers and all related call types (level 1 service, sales, outbound maintenance dialing (CCT), Appliance etc).
Remote head count schedules for all call types.
Regular reporting of service level metrics via email.

Transaction Description
Successful candidates will be calling existing Auto Trader customers who have recently placed an ad on AutoTrader.ca for free and upsell their ad into the AutoTrader magazines.
The right individual will consistently follow the 6 steps of selling and call scripts as part of every telephone transaction.
Responsible for achieving the highest levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction in each call, and use Trader Corporation’s value proposition in all interactions.
This role entails taking ad orders, up-selling, encouraging customers to increase items advertised, encourage repeated business & referrals, as well as being heavily involved in providing customer service solutions.
