What Happens After You Register For Training?
Today I’m going to talk about what happens after you register for training.
The example that I am going to use is the Evening Team:CAA Emergency Road Service Inbound Member Care Counselor class.
Course registration closed yesterday.
If you are new on the network you have to take MBA course on August 30.
(My Business Access Course)
The one day course runs from 9 AM to 5 PM EDT.
Breaks and Lunch are included within this time.
This course only has to be taken once and it introduces you to the Livexchange system and gives you important training on how to use your online work phone and how to manage your business and your work.
This is presented separately from the client training to prevent information overload and will help get you started.
On the next day on August 31 DVD for the course will be shipped out to all students.
Also on August 31 students will be able participating in self paced program to start learning about CAA and the job policys.
This will have to be completed successfully before you start the online classes. (Not all clients have this step.)
Between September 3 and 19th students will have to book a Tech-Support appointment so that he Technician and and the Student can make sure the DVD and all the programs will run correctly on their computer.
Scheduling this meeting will be done thru your ShiftSolutions online account. This will be introduced to new agents in the MBA course.
On September 20 trainer led course will begin run so September 24.
The course runs from 9 AM to 5 PM EDT each day with breaks and lunch.
The student means access to the training room through the DVD.
After the class sessions are done there will be training calls which leads to certification and they will be scheduled between September 26 and October 2.
Scheduled for this this testing will be also done on ShiftSolutions.
(Not all clients have this step.)
Anytime during this time you may be certified to go live.
After you are certified to go live you may take shifts off ShiftSolutions and setup your availability for future weeks.
Thats what happens after your register!
