Home Service Agents will handle inbound customer service calls for Furnace, Water Heater & Air Conditioning.

Agents will be required to manage account inquires, and you will be required to sell products and services averaging 10% conversion; while providing outstanding customer service.

Direct Energy has 2 training classes open for registration at this time.

Class 1.

There are 8 seats/contracts available at this time.

The “My Business Access” course is on Sunday April 17^th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
Cost $75.00 plus tax.

The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Monday May 2nd to Friday May 6^th, and Monday May 9th to Wednesday May 11th.
Cost $300.00 plus tax.

Registration Closes for this course on Sunday April the 15^th.

The Agent GO Live Date will be on Friday May 20^th.

Class 2.

There are 11 seats/contracts available at this time.

The “My Business Access” course is on Wednesday April 20^th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
Cost $75.00 plus tax.

The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Monday May 9th to Friday May 13^th, and Monday May 16th to Wednesday May 18th.
Cost $300.00 plus tax.

Momentuum

Outbound Voter Survey Agent, Spring 2011

As a representative of Momentuum, you will be calling out to a well established list of our client`s recent members in order to survey their opinion related to key, critical issues. No sales/selling involved.

Target Earnings:

$15-$20/hr $11/hr flat rate plus $0.50 per completed survey. Average is 6-11 surveys per hour.

The “My Business Access” course is on Thursday April 7^th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
Cost $75.00 plus tax.

The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. on Friday April 8th.
Cost $25.00 plus tax.

Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Agent (French/English)

Target Earnings Range: $14-$17 per hour.

Customer Service, Technical Support Level 1 includes: Call List Updates, General Account Maintenance, and Billing Inquiries.

There are 11 seats/contracts available at this time.

The “My Business Access” course is on Friday April 9^th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
Cost $75.00 plus tax.

The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Tuesday April 26^th to Friday April 29^th, and Monday May 2nd to Friday May the 6th.  And on Monday May the 9th.
Cost $200.00 plus tax.

Boardwalk Rental Communities

Bilingual Customer Service Agent (French/English)

Agent Duties:

Answering inbound calls from tenants and potential renters such as rental inquiries, maintenance requests, questions on rent, account balances and leases, and other tenant-related matters.

Required to do inbound and outbound emails and live chat interactions.

Work Periods Available:  Operational 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all statutory holidays.

Peak Work Periods:  EST: Days 6am-4pm (including weekends and statutory holidays), Evenings 4pm-10pm (including weekends and statutory holidays), Nights 10pm-6am (including weekends and statutory holidays)

Mandatory Work Periods: Minimum of 20 hours a week. 10 Daytime hours a week with 2 hours on the weekend. 10 Evening & Night hours a week with 2 hours on weekend. 4 hours per day during statutory holidays.

Pay Per call Being Offered:  $0.63

Special Incentives:

$0.63/per call OR FLAT RATE of $16.00 CDN per hour, whichever is higher.

Standard Network Workstation PC Requirements:

*Non wireless DSL or Cable internet connection is required. *Wireless DSL (antenna on roof) and/or satellite internet are NOT acceptable. *Windows VISTA and Windows 7 Operating systems are NOT compatible for this contract.

Cost $75.00 plus tax.

The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Monday April 18^th to Wednesday April  20^th.  Cost $150.00 plus tax.

6 Week Contract April-May

The Company. One of Canada’s premier boutique marketing firms, providing end to end customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to Blue Chip Clients within the Private and Public sectors.

The Job. As a Momentuum Survey Agent, you will be reaching out to a client list of recent members in order to survey their opinion related to key, critical issues.  6 Week contract, ending May 9^th.

The Pay. Target Earnings $12-16/hr. $2 per completed survey OR $10 per hour, whichever is higher.  Average is 7 surveys per hour.

The Hours. Choose a minimum of 12 hours per week between: Monday to Friday 5pm-9:30pm, and Saturdays 10am-5pm/EST.

The Training. On-line, 1 day training classes coming soon, to begin working the same day.
