Home Service Agents will handle inbound customer service calls for Furnace, Water Heater & Air Conditioning.

Agents will be required to manage account inquires, and you will be required to sell products and services averaging 10% conversion; while providing outstanding customer service.

Direct Energy has 2 training classes open for registration at this time.

Class 1.

There are 8 seats/contracts available at this time.

The “My Business Access” course is on Sunday April 17^th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
Cost $75.00 plus tax.

The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Monday May 2nd to Friday May 6^th, and Monday May 9th to Wednesday May 11th.
Cost $300.00 plus tax.

Registration Closes for this course on Sunday April the 15^th.

The Agent GO Live Date will be on Friday May 20^th.

The “My Business Access” course is on Wednesday April 20^th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
Cost $75.00 plus tax.

The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Monday May 9th to Friday May 13^th, and Monday May 16th to Wednesday May 18th.
Cost $300.00 plus tax.

Registration Closes for this course on Tuesday April the 19^th.

Outbound Voter Survey Agent, Spring 2011

As a representative of Momentuum, you will be calling out to a well established list of our client`s recent members in order to survey their opinion related to key, critical issues. No sales/selling involved.

Target Earnings:

$15-$20/hr $11/hr flat rate plus $0.50 per completed survey. Average is 6-11 surveys per hour.

Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Agent (French/English)

Target Earnings Range: $14-$17 per hour.

Customer Service, Technical Support Level 1 includes: Call List Updates, General Account Maintenance, and Billing Inquiries.

The “My Business Access” course is on Friday April 9^th 2011, 9AM to 5PM Est.
Cost $75.00 plus tax.

The client training will take place 9AM to 5PM Est. Tuesday April 26^th to Friday April 29^th, and Monday May 2nd to Friday May the 6th.  And on Monday May the 9th.
Cost $200.00 plus tax.

Boardwalk Rental Communities

Bilingual Customer Service Agent (French/English)

Agent Duties:

Answering inbound calls from tenants and potential renters such as rental inquiries, maintenance requests, questions on rent, account balances and leases, and other tenant-related matters.

Required to do inbound and outbound emails and live chat interactions.

Work Periods Available:  Operational 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all statutory holidays.

Peak Work Periods:  EST: Days 6am-4pm (including weekends and statutory holidays), Evenings 4pm-10pm (including weekends and statutory holidays), Nights 10pm-6am (including weekends and statutory holidays)

Mandatory Work Periods: Minimum of 20 hours a week. 10 Daytime hours a week with 2 hours on the weekend. 10 Evening & Night hours a week with 2 hours on weekend. 4 hours per day during statutory holidays.

Pay Per call Being Offered:  $0.63

Special Incentives:

$0.63/per call OR FLAT RATE of $16.00 CDN per hour, whichever is higher.

Standard Network Workstation PC Requirements:

*Non wireless DSL or Cable internet connection is required. *Wireless DSL (antenna on roof) and/or satellite internet are NOT acceptable. *Windows VISTA and Windows 7 Operating systems are NOT compatible for this contract.
