The Job : Agents will be handling inbound Extended Warranty Customer Service calls for clients such as: Future Shop, Best Buy, Walmart, CIBC, National Bank, and Cantrex.
The Pay: Saturdays and Sundays: $13.75 per hour or $1.70 per call, whichever is higher.
Monday – Friday: $11.00 per hour or 1.70 per call, whichever is higher.
Target Earnings: $12-$15/hour
The Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week, with 6 hours during the weekend peak periods of Saturday and Sunday 6am-2am/ET
The Training: Registration closes August 4th@4pm EDT
My Business Access Training – August 5th 9am-5pm EDT
Client Training – August 23rd-26th & September 27th-28th (9am-5pm EDT)

# 2 – Seasonal, Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Team
Contract Length- August – January
The Job: Answering inbound calls from tenants and potential renters such as rental inquiries, maintenance requests, questions on rent, account balances and leases, and other tenant-related matters.
The Pay: $16.00 CDN per hour or $0.63/per call whichever is higher.
The Hours: Days 6am-4pm (including weekends and statutory holidays), Evenings 4pm-10pm (including weekends and statutory holidays), Nights 10pm-6am (including weekends and statutory holidays)
Minimum of 20 hours a week: 10 Daytime hours a week with 2 hours on the weekend. 10 Evening & Night hours a week with 2 hours on weekend.

The Job : Agents contact current and past supporters to renew or upgrade their current level of support.
The Pay: Target Earnings: $16-$18/hr
$16.00/hr flat rate $2/hr. An “inspired experience” bonus, to recognize outstanding achievement, is awarded to the top 50% of all Agents per pay period; ranked by performance.
The Hours: Monday – Friday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm EST, Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm EST
Must commit to working a minimum of 17 hours per week, with a minimum of 4 hrs on Friday and 4 hrs on Saturday in each 2 week period.
