Trader Corporation Agent Position 1:

Outbound homeTrader Sales Agent

The purpose of this contract is to build up the number of ads on our homeTrader.ca website.

The successful candidate will be calling ads for people renting apartments, basements and houses and confirming with the customer that we will want to expose their ad to more people by placing the free ad on our website.

This is an assumptive sell and cold-calling.

This role entails taking ad and placing the details using the online ad taking tool.

The right individual will consistently follow the outbound prospecting call scripts as part of every telephone transaction.

Responsible for achieving the highest levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction in each call, and use Trader Corporation’s value proposition in all interactions.

Trader Corporation Agent Position 2:

Outbound Auto Sales Agent

Target Earnings: $12.00 – $15.00/ hour.

Transaction Description:

Successful candidates will be calling existing Auto Trader customers who have recently placed an ad on AutoTrader.ca for free and upsell their ad into the AutoTrader magazines.

The right individual will consistently follow the 6 steps of selling and call scripts as part of every telephone transaction.

Responsible for achieving the highest levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction in each call, and use Trader Corporation’s value proposition in all interactions.

This role entails taking ad orders, up-selling, encouraging customers to increase items advertised, encourage repeated business & referrals, as well as being heavily involved in providing customer service solutions.

Transaction Description:

Answering bilingual (French/English) inbound calls from both private ClubLink Members and public daily fee golfers requesting tee times at approximately 35 courses and providing general information to callers about the courses.

Position 3: Returning Agent Early Bird Team

*Position open only to past Early Bird Remote Contract Agents

Position 4: Returning Agent LinkLine Agent

*Position open only to past ClubLink Client Remote Contract Agents.

Transaction Description:

Answering inbound calls from both private ClubLink Members and public daily fee golfers requesting tee times at approximately 35 courses and providing general information to callers about the courses.


Direct Energy Agent Position:

Home Services, Inbound Sales Team (Target Earnings $15-$18/hr)

Transaction Description:

Home Service Agents will handle inbound sales and customer service calls for Furnace, Water Heater & Air Conditioning.

Sales Agents will be required to manage account inquires, and developing sales opportunities for these products; while providing outstanding customer service.

Direct Energy Agent Position:

Operations Administrator

Open to ALL existing Contract Agents on the network.

Transaction Description

Provide support to the DE Operations team through real-time monitoring of the IVR call allocations to ensure that we maintain our service levels and all service metrics (ASA, Abandon rates etc).

Monthly call forecasting (using IEX / Total View application) for 3 call centre service providers and all related call types (level 1 service, sales, outbound maintenance dialing (CCT), Appliance etc), Remote headcount schedules for all call types.

Regular reporting of service level metrics via email.

$16 – $18/hr.
