ClubLink#1 LinkLine Agent, Early Bird Team
The Job : Answering inbound calls from both private ClubLink Members and public daily fee golfers requesting tee times at approximately 35 courses and providing general information to callers about the courses.
The Pay: Agents are paid a premium rate of $15.00 CDN per hour for weekend opening shifts and all other shifts are paid a flat rate of $13.00 CDN per hour.
Target Earnings: $13-$15/hour
#2 LinkLine Agent, Bilingual Early Bird Team
Answering bilingual (French/English) inbound calls from both private ClubLink Members and public daily fee golfers requesting tee times at approximately 35 courses and providing general information to callers about the courses.
Agents are paid a premium rate of $18.00 CDN per hour for weekend opening shifts and a flat rate of $16.00 CDN per hour for all other hours.
Target Earnings: $16-$18/hour
The Hours:
Weekdays EST: 8-9a to May 21 7-8a May 24-Sep 24 8-9a after Sep 27
Weekends EST: 7-8a to May 2 6-7a May 8 to Aug. 8 6:30-7:30a Aug. 14-29 7-8a Sep 4-Oct 17 8-9a after Oct 23
*Additional hours may be made available depending on business needs but not guaranteed
Agents must commit to working a minimum of 4 opening AM shifts with at least one morning shift being a premium weekend opening shift.

# 3– Seasonal, Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Team Contract Length- August – January
The Job: Answering inbound calls from tenants and potential renters such as rental inquiries, maintenance requests, questions on rent, account balances and leases, and other tenant-related matters.
The Pay: $16.00 CDN per hour or $0.63/per call whichever is higher.
The Hours: Days 6am-4pm (including weekends and statutory holidays), Evenings 4pm-10pm (including weekends and statutory holidays), Nights 10pm-6am (including weekends and statutory holidays)
Minimum of 20 hours a week: 10 Daytime hours a week with 2 hours on the weekend. 10 Evening & Night hours a week with 2 hours on weekend.

#4 – Home Services, Inbound Sales Team
#5 - Returning HSIS Agent. *Only open to returning HSIS Agents. Home Services, Inbound Sales Team $11.00 per hour with potential earnings of $15 to $18/hr
The Job : Answer customer service calls for Furnace, Water Heater & Air Conditioning.
Agents will be required to manage account inquires, and you will be required to sell products and services averaging 10% conversion; while providing outstanding customer service.
The Pay: $11.00 per hour plus Sales bonus. Target Earnings: $15-$18/hr.
The Hours: Minimum of 15 hours per week with 5 weekday hours worked between 8am-11:30am or 5pm-8pm, and 4 weekend hours between 10am-3pm/EST
Fundraising Client
#6 – #1 Outbound Fundraising Team
The Job : Agents contact current and past supporters to renew or upgrade their current level of support.
The goal of each call is to (1) improve the relationship between our client and their donors, (2) inspire and educate donors, and of course, (3) raise the most funds for our clients` causes by being enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaged.
As a Christian humanitarian organization, a strong affinity and sensitivity to faith-based initiatives is a pre-requisite.
The Pay: Target Earnings: $16-$18/hr
$16.00/hr flat rate $2/hr. An “inspired experience” bonus, to recognize outstanding achievement, is awarded to the top 50% of all Agents per pay period; ranked by performance.
The Hours: Monday – Friday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm EST, Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm EST
Must commit to working a minimum of 17 hours per week, with a minimum of 4 hrs on Friday and 4 hrs on Saturday in each 2 week period.

Outbound calls to a list of voters in order to survey them on their opinions. No Selling involved.

Target Earnings Range: $10-$13 per hour.
#10 #2 Customer Service Agent:ONLY open to EXISTING Order Entry Agents with at least 3 months experience in OE.
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, feedback and concerns. (Avg $12-$14hr)
Answer inbound order calls for Pizza Hut.
Not every order or customer interaction goes as well as planned.
