Assurant Solutions has a New Job Posting Contract Opportunity for Bilingual Agents.
This New Opportunity has increased pay rates
and Target Earnings potential.
Assurant Solutions – Bilingual Warranty Operations Team (English/French) (24 Contracts)
The Contract Job:
Agents will be handling inbound Extended Warranty Customer Service calls.
Assurant underwrites and administers the extended warranties on electronics and appliances for some of the major retailers throughout Canada.
Agents will assist customers determine if their unit is covered by the extended warranty and arrange for diagnosis and service in accordance with their service contract.
The Pay:
• Target Earnings: $14-$16 CDN per hour.
• $11.00 per hour flat rate or $1.70 per call/transaction,
whichever is higher.
The Hours:
• 8am to 10 PM 7 days/week
• Minimum 10 hours/week. Agents are required to work at least
10 hours per month over the weekend (Sat and/or Sun) which
can be counted towards their weekly minimum hours.
