Description of Transaction As a Level 1 Conference Operator Agent, you will answer calls, gather and document participant’s information, and place callers into their respective conferences. Become a member of a professional customer service organization and help deliver high-quality conferencing services.

Peak Work Periods Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm EST Peak periods are typically: Feb. 15-March 15, April 15-May 15, July 15- Aug. 15, Sept. 1-19, Oct. 15-Nov. 15.


Mandatory Work Periods Minimum of 5 hours per week. *Please note hours may vary throughout the year, based on business needs.
