Club Auto – Now Hiring Bilingual Agents
The Contract Job: Bilingual French/English Roadside Assistance Service Representative.
The Pay: Target Earnings: $14.50 – $18.00 CDN per hour.
Minimum flat rate of $14.50 per hour, which increases in increments as the agent handles more calls, to a maximum of $18 per hour.
The Hours: 6am and 2am EST, 7 days/week (includes weekends and holidays).
Agents will be required to work the following:
Up to 15 hours: April, May, June, July, September, October, November
Up to 20 Hours: March, August, December
Up to 30 Hours: January, February
Training Course posted: November 15th-21st (9am-5pm EST)
Cost: $325.00 plus GST
Registration Closes: October 30th @ 4pm EST

The Contract Job: Inbound Customer Service Representative: Order entry in our sales database for customer calls during live TV Broadcast.
The Pay: Target earnings $12-$14/hr CDN Minimum $0.55/call.
• Ti Tier 1 Pricing with Temp Premium $0.65 CDN Mon-Thur 16:00-midnight, Fri
16:00-20:00
• Ti Tier 2 Pricing with Temp Premium $0.75 CDN Fri 20:00-midnight, Sat
7:00-midnight, Sun 7:00-midnight
• T Tier 3 Pricing with Temp Premium $0.85 CDN or $11.50 CDN/hr Midnight -
7am, 7 days a week.
The Hours: 24/7. Peak Work Periods : 11pm to 7am/EST Monday to Friday and all day Saturdays and Sundays. Minimum of 15 hours per week during the peak work periods.
