Conference Operator Agent


The Job.    As a Level 1 Conference Operator Agent, you will answer calls, gather and document participant’s information, and place callers into their respective conferences.  Become a member of a professional customer service organization and help deliver high-quality conferencing services. 


The Hours.  Minimum of 5 hours per week between 7am to 5pm EST.


The Pay.  Flat rate $13.00 CDN per hour.

Assurant Solutions – Bilingual French/English
Warranty Operation Agent


The Job.  As a remote agent for Assurant Solutions you will answer inbound calls (French and English) from customers regarding specific product lines or services.  Additionally you will be required to dispatch services and investigate and resolve customer issues.  


The Hours.  Minimum of 10 hours per week between 8am to 12am EST Weekdays, Weekends, Statutory Holidays


The Pay.  $11-$14 CDN per hour.  $11.00 per hour minimum flat rate.

Trader Corporation – Inbound Sales Agents – Team 1 & Team 2 (Two Job Postings To Apply For)


The Job.   The individual will be responsible for all assigned inbound calls for ongoing campaigns promoting for some of Canada’s most recognized print and online publications. This role entails taking ad orders, up-selling, encouraging customers to increase items advertised, encourage repeated business & referrals, as well as being heavily involved in providing customer service solutions.


The Hours.  Minimum of 6 hours per week between Monday – Friday: 8an- 6pm EST *See job posting for more details. 

 

The Pay.  Minimum flat rate of $12.50 per hour, or  Team 1 $0.72/per call, or Team 2 $0.83/per call, whichever is higher.
