ii. You can apply for as many jobs as you wish, so you can be part-time or
full-time (new members must build a resume first).

2. Pre-Qualify First For The Job(s) Of Your Choice.

i. To pre-qualify for a job you simply apply.

 The hiring corporation can then evaluate your application and
determine your suitability for their training class.

ii. Part of your application is a recording of your voice – it doesn’t
take long, simply follow the Voice Clip instructions presented to you.

3. Once Accepted Register For Training.

i. The hiring corporation will notify you by e-mail if they want you to
join their training course (you may first be invited to a web interview).

ii. When you receive an “Invitation to Training” e-mail you have the
assurance that the corporation has accepted your application.
You can now confidently book your class -your new job begins right
after you graduate.

iii. New Members cannot go forward to training without first fulfilling
their Remote Certification requirements.

As a remote agent for Assurant Solutions you will answer inbound calls
(French and English) from customers regarding specific product lines or
services.  Additionally you will be required to dispatch services and
investigate and resolve customer issues.

campaigns promoting some of Canada’s most recognized print and online
publications.

 The right individual will consistently follow the 6 steps of selling
and call scripts as part of every telephone transaction.

Responsible for achieving the highest levels of accuracy and customer
satisfaction in each call, and use Trader Corporation’s value proposition
in all interactions.

This role entails taking ad orders, up-selling, encouraging customers to
increase items advertised, encourage repeated business & referrals, as
well as being heavily involved in providing customer service solutions.
