Assurant Solutions Warranty Operation Agent – Bilingual French/English  (24 Agents)

The Contract Job:  Warranty Operation Agent – Bilingual French/English.

As a remote agent for Assurant Solutions you will answer inbound calls (French and English) from customers regarding specific product lines or services.

Additionally you will be required to dispatch services and investigate and resolve customer issues.

The Pay:  Target Earnings: $11-$14 CDN per hour.
$11.00 per hour flat rate or $1.45 per call/transaction, whichever is higher.

The Hours:  8am to 12am/EST Weekdays, Weekends, Statutory Holidays.

Minimum 15 hours per week for the first month; 10 hours per week thereafter, and 2.5 hours per week on the weekends. 

Club Auto Bilingual F/E Roadside Assistance Service Representative  (10 agents)

The Contract Job:  Receive calls for roadside assistance from customers of the following Canadian clients of Club Auto:
Ford, Lincoln, Subaru, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, Suzuki, PHH, Bell Fleet, Bell Mobility, Enterprise, and Carte Corp. 

The Pay:  Target Earnings: $14.50-$18.00 CDN per hour.

Minimum flat rate of $14.50 per hour, which increases in increments as the agent handles more calls, to a maximum of $18 per hour

The Hours:  Seasonably variable between 6am and 2am E.S.T., 7 days/week (includes weekends and holidays).

Agents will be required to work the following:

Up to 15 hours: April, May, June, July, September, October, November
Up to 20 Hours: March, August, December
Up to 30 Hours: January, February
